Rental Terms & Conditions
A minimum rental of 3 days is applicable.
Rental Excess & Damages Deposit (Refundable):
A 30% of the total rental required to cover repair costs in case of damage(s) to the camping equipment prior to delivery.
Delivery / Pick-up:
Only in Windhoek.
Cancellation Policy:
- 1 – 14 days prior to delivery – 85% of the total rental fee will be charged.
- 15 – 29 days prior to delivery – 50% of the total rental fee will be charged.
- 30+ days prior to delivery – 35% of the total rental fee will be charged.
The Rental Excess & Damages Deposit will be paid back 3-5 business days after the camping equipment was picked up or returned, and there are no evident damages to the camping equipment. Any damages or loss will be deducted from the deposit.
